You are required to fast 4-6 hours previous to the Ceremony, water is fine, and are advised to abstain from meat and fatty type foods, alcohol, medication etc for 2-3 days previous to the Ceremony. Please advise of medical conditions as this may not be suitable for you.
Medicine Drum Making Workshop Details
Allow Rob to guide you on sacred journey to meet the spirit of your hide and birth forth your own Medicine Drum.
Traditionally the drum has been used for thousands of years and it is now scientifically proven that certain drum beats assist in entering a trance state. Certain tempos create brainwaves to allow one to enter a theta state. This state of trance can connect us to the spirit world to receive visions, guidance, wisdom and healing. It can also connect us to the heartbeat of mother earth where deeper energies can be felt and strengthened. The materials of the drum are made from a variety of animal skins with specific medicine which is shared and the hoop is made of wood that connects us to the tree beings, which are used as vortexes, or entry points, to the three worlds. Birthed together these energies create an ancient shaman tool.

If you do Not have crystals etc, do not stress, We will have spares of, some for sale, or to borrow of crystals, feathers and drums at the workshops if you do not have your own.
Things to bring if you have them already or feel they want to join you: Medicine Tools, large feather, sage and shell, candle, 2 X Clear Quartz Generators, 7 (small) x smoky quartz generators, 20 assorted tumbled stones, 2 hematite's, laser wand, elestial crystal, phantom quartz, petrified wood or amber, 1 x larger either black obsidian, smoky quartz or black tourmaline, yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, any other crystals or items you wish to bring to take in the energy of the workshop.
Extra Warm bedding and clothes. Sarong or similar for sweat. Towels, Toiletries Etc Our temperatures vary quite a lot from warm sunny days to cool/cold nights.
